Commfloor worked closely with Thirdway designers and installers to facilitate this vast space with our freshly launched LVT. This 4000 sqft area of resilient hard flooring was the first fitout in the UK to utilize our all-new loselay by Oneflor.

OSF Ltd installed the planks in a random brick format and bordered a full plank herringbone in the foyer for guests to marvel at upon arrival.

Ecolay70 relaunched in late 2023 following 16 months of recolouring and product development.

​

The freshened collection consists of twelve timber effect planks - eight measuring 117.8 x 1219.2mm, and four in XL format at 228.6 x 1524mm, covering the best available shades in wood-look vinyl planks.

The new tiles offer ten unique SKUs - two in 600 x 600mm and four in 914.4 x 914.4mm. These mighty new tiles present terrazzo, aggregate, scratched concrete, and cement finishes.

Superior to other loselay LVT materials in the market, this range offers a 5mm thick structure with a 0.7mm wear layer and micro-bevelled edges. It delivers 17dB impact sound reduction, outstanding dimensional stability due to its fibreglass core, and has an anti-slip backing. With its Ecoprotec™ anti-scratch ceramic PU coating, this exclusive LVT was created for the most demanding floors in the commercial sector.
